To Whom it May Concern

Waikato Toyota and Hamilton Windscreens have had a professional relationship since Hamilton Windscreens beginnings 16 years ago.

I took the role of Service Manager seven years ago and I immediately set about reviewing all of our suppliers and contractors to ensure that their companies values, service standards, environmental policies and costs would enable us to confidently stand behind the workmanship and pass on the highest quality of service to our clients. Seven years later and Hamilton Windscreens are still the only Automotive Glazing Company we use for our service department or recommend to clients, friends or family.

Marcus and the entire team at Hamilton Windscreens have only ever been 100% professional and courteous towards my staff and our clients. Without hesitation they go out of their way to ensure that our often challenging vehicle completion times are meet and that their workmanship is not jeopardised due to this.

For these reasons and may others Waikato Toyota and Hamilton Windscreens will continue to support each other for many years to come.

To Whom It May Concern

Ebbett Hamilton uses the services of Hamilton Windscreens for all of our windscreen/glass requirements and has so for the past several years.

During this time both our companies have built a strong relationship together and I believe this is due to the professionalism and quality of workmanship that they offer their customers.

A lot of businesses today see customers as numbers but I must comment the friendly staff at Hamilton Windscreens as they are always willing to help out, calling around and phoning to make sure everything is running smoothly.

This I feel in today’s market is a critical part of business: due to these attributes I would not hesitate referring our customers to use their services and have so consistently in the past.

King Regards
